Playlists are something I have wanted to share with you all on here and now I get to!
With this journey I am on of getting healthier (spiritually and) physically, I needed something to help keep me motivated. If you are trying to meet a goal, you need something to keep you motivated, especially while working out. If you are on the same journey I am of getting physically healthier, you know there will be some hard days. So you may need a little more motivation to get you through whatever your task you had to do. For me, music is what helps. Finding that music that keeps you upbeat and willing to push through helps whenever you are determined to do something, especially if you are working out.

As you can see I have a lot of NF on my playlist. Let me just tell you he is AMAZING. I totally recommend listening to him. I can listen to his music at any time. His music motivates me, is relatable to me and is a power testimony of his life story. I love and admire people like him.
